Quantum Market Research is seeking nominations for the first annual "2008 Best Hedge Funds to Work For Award." Deadline for nominations is November 15, 2007. Honored firms will be profiled in a report published January 2008.

Hedge fund organizations that wish to be recognized for the quality of their corporate climate can undergo a survey to determine their standing. Participating firms will administer a 38-item employee engagement survey, the results of which will provide a baseline for the contest scoring.

Employees will be asked to score items pertaining to Manager Effectiveness, Trust in Senior Leaders, Feeling Valued, People Practices, and six other factors.
