Carbon Hedge Fund Seminar
Peter Fusaro of Global Change Associates and Jay Gould of hedge fund Pillsbury Winthrop are presenting a seminar on among other things, how to set up a carbon hedge fund.

This three hour seminar at Pillsbury Winthrop's downtown San Francisco's offices will cover the basics of environmental trading, carbon trading and finance, cleantech solutions, how to implement a carbon reduction under the Kyoto Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and the basics of how to build a carbon fund.

The seminar promises to break new ground in both how to trade carbon emissions and invest in this sector but also how to establish a carbon hedge fund. The emerging carbon markets in both California and the Northeast under the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiatives make this a timely event.

The seminar will bring benefits to planners, traders, cleantech venture capitalists, hedge fund managers, project developers, lawyers, and government officials.
