The Carbon Footprint Exchange announced the launch of its website, www.retractimpact.com, a site designed to inform, educate, engage, and contribute to the fight against global warming.

The site discusses the climate change crisis while explaining the impacts of direct and indirect carbon footprints. Individuals are encouraged to reduce, reuse, and recycle. A Carbon Calculator allows users to assess and offset their own impact on the environment. Visitors are encouraged to purchase Carbon Offsets on the site in the form of Verified Emission Reductions (VERs) to directly offset their indivdual impact on the environment.

The Carbon Footprint Exchange LLC, was formed in 2007 by Peter C. Fusaro, Chairman of Global Change Associates, globally recognized "best selling" author of What Went Wrong at Enron, keynote speaker, and energy and environmental industry thought leader, and Neal Berger, a former Wall Street Trader and Director of the hedge fund Eagle's View Fund, Ltd., an early-stage investor in strategies such as Environmental Credits Creation and Trading under the Kyoto Protocol.
